How are you all?? i am fine I hope you are well too. Today I am sharing a recipe post with you. There is Bengali fish and fry in the word. And if that fish is fried fish then there is no word. The fun of eating fried fish with hot rice is different. And to be honest, I don't even need rice to eat fried fish. Can be eaten immediately. Today I am sharing with you my favorite fish fry recipe. Roopchanda fish is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat. Most barbecues are done with this fish. However, this fish tastes great fried like this. The way I eat roopchanda fish fried. Tried to share that recipe with you in a very simple way. Hope you will like my recipe. Best wishes and love to all. Everyone stay well and stay healthy 💞.
Ingredients:
Roopchanda fish
onion
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
garlic paste
Green chillies
salt
First, I cleaned and washed the Roopchanda fish. Then I applied turmeric powder and salt to the fish. About half an hour before frying should be marinated.
Then I heated soybean oil very well. You can also use mustard oil if you want. I usually like this fish deep fried. So I used a little more oil
Then, one by one, we fried all the fish in deep oil and fried them. While marinating the fish before frying, the amount of spices should be given wisely. Because the amount of spices depends on how beautiful the color of the fish will be after frying.
For fried fish with fried onions and green chillies, I added chopped onion and green chillies in the same amount in the same oil. First fry onions and green chillies very well in oil. Then I added a small amount of turmeric powder, salt and garlic
Then sprinkle some coriander leaves on top and fry everything together very well. Finally, we garnished the fried roopchanda fish with fried onion and green pepper masala
