Our homeland Bangladesh, a country where people can succeed in anything, has very few failures.

One thing is that I will present to you below what are the obstacles or barriers in the way of development of Bangladesh football.

The first obstacle-6 There are many obstacles in the development of football in Bangladesh. The first of those obstacles is the negligence of the government. The government of Bangladesh is a democratic system of government. The government has to be always busy with its power, that is, it is always busy thinking about how we will come to power, how to retain the power of the country, so it becomes very difficult for them to focus on the development of the country. One such aspect of neglect is towards Bangladesh football. In order to develop football, the government has to pay close attention to the issues of football field, sports equipment, recruitment of staff and officials and players' salary and allowance system, but sadly, there are not enough football fields in Bangladesh yet. The future of football is uncertain as no one is interested in playing football. As much as there is, it is very inadequate. Seeing that, the players are more discouraged instead of encouraged. Most people in our country still do not want to believe or even rely on the career that can be built by playing football. So they never want their children to be a player, that is, a football player. Some of the players that come out of this, if you look at them, you can see that they are either cheating on their parents, cheating on school, they are focused on this game and they once emerged as the best players in this country. The government does not take any action in this regard. Publicity should be spread among the people at all levels of the country and every player, every employee, every official in the game of football, if the government pays attention to its secure future, then the development of football in this country will take place. It is also necessary to build adequate football fields in the country, arrange coaches and hire many good coaches from abroad and reward the players. So that they are more attracted to the game and can concentrate on the game better, then maybe one day it is hoped that the development of football in this country will happen and the World Cup will actually participate and brighten the face of Bangladesh.
