How should one treat subordinates?

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.

Dear friends,

I hope you are all well, and by the grace of Allah, I am also very well and healthy with your prayers.

How should one treat subordinates?

In our religion, Islam, one of the prohibitions, activities, and actions that are mentioned in justice is how one should treat subordinates. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has shown us how to treat them during his life, that is, for three years. Since we are his followers, since he is our Prophet, following him is the only way for us. Allah Almighty said, "If you want to find me, follow my Messenger, Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). But I will love you, I will embrace you, and whoever does not love my beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) will not follow him, I will not look at him and none of his worship will be acceptable to me.

So if I look at the life of my beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), how to treat subordinates. Then I will definitely know and accept how to treat every person.

My beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) never spoke to his family members in anger. He never got angry with them. If they made a mistake, he would explain to them in a beautiful way that it cannot be done, that it should be done in this way. But he never did anything in anger, wrong, or wrong. He even treated his servant, Bakr, with sweetness. One of his servants had been with him for a long time and he was asked how Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) treated him. He used to say that Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) never spoke to me in anger.

Is it possible that a person can be with someone for a long time and never hear a word of anger from him, never see him angry, and never even abuse him in anger? And this is the behavior of our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).

We should also treat our subordinates very kindly and never treat them badly because this is the teaching of my beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and if I follow this, I will follow the example of my beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH), Insha Allah.

If we look around us, we can see that people are constantly treating their servants very badly. In the present era, there is no such thing. Even his own family members and his own wife and parents behave very badly and even send his parents to an old age home. Allah Almighty knows what will happen to them and what kind of punishment they will face and it is doubtful whether they will be considered as the Ummah of the Prophet, let alone follow him. So let us try to understand and follow the way our beloved Prophet has behaved in every way, then we will follow our beloved Prophet and if we follow and imitate him, then surely Allah Almighty will be happy with us, will be pleased with our work and will give us the place he has prepared for us, Jannatul Firdous.
