 We've heard of "education is the backbone of the nation" but today it seems to be a "disgrace to the nation of education" because no one will believe it, but I say that because those who are working and studying around educational institutions today are not looking at the quality of education, they are just looking at results and pass rates. . First of all, let's talk about the education administration, who manages education in different ways. That is what the board said, the education minister said, the secretary said, they have all taken education to such a level that they are just trying to get good results. The quality of education is never verified. The main reason for this is that our government of Bangladesh, the Minister of Education, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary and various officials of the Board say that the result is good and more students have to pass, in which everything that needs to be done has to be done. No student can be dropped. They convey these messages to the teachers in various ways that you need to increase the pass rate of the students. For this, more and more numbers have to be given in the book and no student can be dropped in any way. Teachers are forced to obey because they work under them. If a student does not fail in any year, then the reputation of that institution increases and if he fails then the reputation of that institution decreases. If a teacher fails a student in the assessment of the book, then the book will not be given to that teacher next year. These are a little history of education administration and teachers. Speaking of students, it is difficult to find a language. They seem to have stopped studying altogether. I will always work on them in my head and I will copy and write them in the exam. I am working as a guest teacher of IHT. On that occasion last Saturday i.e. 29th I went to the third year examination duty of IHT. I was surprised to see the scene of the examination hall because I noticed that about 150 students participated in the examination hall and each student wrote a copy. At first I started catching fakes, then a permanent teacher of that institution called me and said, "Sir, they have not taken classes for a month." So just sit back, don't pull the trigger. Then I could not stop the students from copying, I just sat. This is the condition of students and teachers in our current educational institutions.
