Our Bangladesh became independent in 1971. Although almost 54 years have passed since independence, our country is still at the peak of corruption. The main reason for this is that the people of our country have corruption mixed in their blood.

Although there is an Anti-Corruption Commission in Bangladesh, it is not properly implemented in any case. Those who work in the Corruption Commission, who are supposed to suppress corruption, are the ones who become the arena of corruption. How will they eliminate corruption in Bangladesh? Still, there is an office called the Consumer Affairs Department, which is working tirelessly for the free people of Bangladesh. Although not all people here are honest, we have seen various adulteration campaigns for some people in Bangladesh, such as the 24-day uprising and before that.

For example, from raw material markets to all daily necessities, it has been seen that there is no place in Bangladesh that is free from corruption, it seems like an adulteration factory has been set up everywhere. Some officers of the Consumer Affairs Department have been seen participating in adulteration campaigns in different places in Bangladesh at different times and in different ways and they have also taken appropriate measures. The government may not be able to take the necessary measures, so they may have to be very careful.

From this adulteration campaign, it has been seen that the entire raw market in Bangladesh is under the control of syndicates. Due to syndicates, the prices of raw market in this country have skyrocketed. It cannot be suppressed in any way and it takes a lot of effort to suppress it. So, although their work is not done, they are still working hard in this regard. I think that if they continue to work hard like this and if the government cooperates with them, the Consumer Affairs Department will be able to eradicate the syndicates in various raw markets in Bangladesh one day or another.

In this regard, we cannot just blame them, we cannot just look at them, the general public must come forward. The general public must be aware and, in addition to being aware, we must fully cooperate with the officers of the Consumer Rights Department who participate in the campaign. If they can be cooperated with, it will be very easy to get the benefits. If the public cooperates with them or cooperates, it will become much easier for them to do their job, which makes the traders afraid of adulteration and the traders express their determination to operate free from adulteration at different times.

In this regard, it will not be enough for just one rights department and the public to come forward. Strict laws must be enacted for this and the government must cooperate with them with full force. The hand of cooperation must be extended so that those who participate in the market syndicate can be taught a lesson for the people forever, but they will never dare to sell adulterated goods in the market or even to syndicate the market. Because there is nothing that the government cannot do. If the government has the will, if it is a government of the people and continues to work for the people, then of course it is possible to do it.

If every businessman around us becomes good, honest and has love for the country, then they must be informed and made aware of how big a sin it is to syndicate the market for adulterated goods, how big a heinous sin it is, then of course it will be very easy to establish this market syndicate and an adulterated environment. In this regard, various types of poster discussion programs etc. must be done so that public awareness can be created and everyone can be made aware and everyone can be informed and that there is a religious sin in it, there is a religious prohibition and there is a religious law. If they can be made aware of it and put into their heads, then a beautiful environment will be established in Bangladesh for our adulterated class. I am ending here today, may Allah have mercy on me.
