A person who gets angry suddenly can also cause a lot of damage
Human life is built on peace, patience and tolerance. If a person has patience and tolerance in his character, then he can live in peace himself, as well as be able to establish peace in his family, society and workplace. But on the contrary, if a person has the nature of getting angry suddenly, then he himself suffers and also throws the people around him into turmoil. Anger is a natural emotion of humans, but when it becomes uncontrolled, it causes serious damage. Especially those who get angry suddenly can cause great damage at the personal, family, social and even national levels.
1. Nature of sudden anger
Anger is a natural reaction of the human mind. However, normal anger and uncontrolled anger are not the same. It is natural to be a little angry when a situation goes against the mind. But getting angry suddenly like an explosion, getting excited for small reasons and shouting, beating or insulting unnecessarily due to emotions are manifestations of abnormal anger. This type of anger pushes people towards crime in an instant.
2. Damage to personal life due to sudden anger
A person who gets angry suddenly creates the biggest problem in his own life.
Mental unrest: Anger destroys peace of mind. People are always in a state of excitement, as a result, they lose stability in making decisions.
Health problems: According to medical science, frequent anger causes problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, headaches, insomnia, etc.
Wrong decisions: People do things out of anger that they later regret. For example, ruining relationships with friends or family, losing your job due to misbehavior at work, etc.
3. Sudden loss of anger in family life
The family is a place of peace and love for people. But a person who gets angry suddenly destroys the family environment.
The relationship between husband and wife is ruined: If one person gets angry at a small amount, there is unrest in the married life. Quarrels and disputes increase and there is a risk of the family breaking up.
The mental development of the child is hampered: If the parents get angry regularly, the child gets scared, insecurity develops in his mind. There is a problem in the formation of the child's natural personality.
Family unrest: When one person is angry all the time, the other members are afraid, and mutual love and sympathy between them are destroyed.
4. Sudden loss of anger in social life
People live in society. One person's behavior affects others. A suddenly angry person also creates problems in society.
Relationships are ruined: Friendships, neighborly relations or kinship relations are weakened due to anger.
Violence and fighting: Small reasons can lead to terrible situations like quarrels, fights and even murder.
Workplace unrest: Getting angry in the office or workplace can ruin relationships with colleagues. The quality of work decreases and the organization faces losses.
5. Damage at the national and international level
Not only at the personal or social level, but sudden anger of big leaders can also cause danger to the nation and the world. If a ruler or administrative official makes a decision based on emotion, the state is damaged. History shows that many wars, riots and massacres have occurred due to people's inability to control their anger.
6. Islam and religious views
In Islam, special emphasis is given to controlling anger. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said—
“The strong person is not the one who can win a wrestling match, but the strong person is the one who can control himself when angry.”
Allah also says in the Quran that believers are those people who control their anger and forgive people. Other religions also emphasize patience, tolerance and forgiveness. Therefore, controlling sudden anger is not only a social but also a religious responsibility.
7. Ways to control anger
A person who gets angry suddenly can control this tendency through practice if he wants. Some effective ways are:
Exercise patience: You should develop the habit of being patient in every task.
Remaining silent during anger: When anger arises, not saying anything, remaining silent is a great solution.
Changing position: When you get angry, sitting down, drinking water or moving to another place is effective.
Seeking refuge in Allah: According to Islam, when angry, it is said to recite “Audhu billahi minash shaitanir rajim”.
Regular worship and meditation: Prayer, recitation of the Quran or meditation keeps people calm.
Healthy lifestyle: Adequate sleep, exercise and eating habits bring mental stability.
Just as sudden anger brings harm to a person’s life, it is also very harmful to the family, society and the state. An angry person not only harms himself but also makes the lives of others turbulent. Therefore, everyone should control anger, cultivate patience and be forgiving. Patience and tolerance are the foundation of true peace. If we all can control anger, then peace will be established in the family, brotherhood in the society and stability in the state.
