The little boy and the bicycle

A curious little lad, Ade was.
Wild smiles and bow legs, Ade had.
Like air trapped within the walls of a balloon,
Ade wanted to grasp the world.

“Please, stay away from my bicycle,
Because your legs cannot reach its pedals”
Ade’s father would say all day
But the ambitious lad would not listen.

One day, when he was alone at home,
The little man mounted the brakeless bicycle
A jolly ride it was for a while
Before he ran into a valley
That only cost him four teeth.
