THE PAIN POINT
In UX design the pain point arises when a user does not find the information they are looking for on a web page or in an application, it can also arise when they do not understand how to use the application. The biggest problem is when the pain point lasts more than 3 seconds; These three seconds are enough time for a user to enter through a door that catches their attention and get the tool or information they are looking for.
On the Serey.io platform I have identified the welcome banner as a pain point, when entering from my cell phone and from my computer that banner makes me waste time, the process of entering the website and managing to go to my blog takes longer. 5 minutes is too long which can be translated as 3 hours waiting to withdraw our money at a bank.
EL PUNTO DE DOLOR
En el diseño UX el punto de dolor surge cuando un usuario no encuentra en una página web o en una aplicación la información que está buscando, también puede surgir cuando no entiende como usar la aplicación. El mayor problema es cuando el punto de dolor dura más de 3 segundo; estos tres segundos es el tiempo suficiente para que un usuario logre entrar por una puerta que le llame la atención y consiga la herramienta o información que está buscando.
En la plataforma Serey.io he identificado al baner de bienvenida como un punto de dolor, al entrar desde mi celular y desde mi computadora ese baner me hace perder tiempo, el proceso de entrar a la página web y lograr ir a mi blog dura más de 5 minutos, es demasiado tiempo lo cual puede ser traducido como 3 horas esperando para retirar nuestro dinero en un banco.
