I have used 4 different browsers but the situation is the same, the pain points are an obstacle to achieving the goals of any web or mobile application project. The situation is complicated for new users when they do not know the functionalities of the platform, many users have already told me the same situation regarding the pain point.
It is interesting to carry out testing on this platform because it allows you to put into practice everything related to the philosophical principles of UX/UI design, specifically aimed at the end user. In the following posts I am going to touch on the topic of user research, escape doors and various testing techniques.

En la anterior publicación expuse mi opinión la actual página de inicio de Serey.io; desde el punto de vista del Diseño UX existe un punto de dolor con el cual la página web se demora más de 3 minutos en cargar, he tratado de entrar a los link para hacer login, entrar a otras comunidades o a otras plataformas de serey pero no he podido.
He usado 4 navegadores diferentes pero la situación es la misma, los puntos de dolor son un obstáculo para el logro de los objetivos de cualquier proyecto web o de aplicación móvil. La situación se complica para los nuevos usuarios cuando no conocen las funcionalidades de la plataforma, ya muchos usuarios me han referido la misma situación sobre el punto de dolor.
Es interesante realizar testing en ésta plataforma porque permite llevar a la práctica todo lo referente a los principios filosóficos del diseño UX/UI, específicamente dirigido al usuario final. En los siguientes post voy a tocar el tema sobre la investigación de usuarios, las puertas de escape y diversas técnicas de testing.
