Three color lake is located in Indonesia

The three-colored lake is a natural color change of the three lakes on Mount Kelimutu according to scientists caused by changes in volcanic gases.

The change in color of the water can also be caused by iron in the fluid which produces red and dark brown colors. And also green and blue, depending on certain circumstances.

However, the green color is caused by the natural atmosphere such as moss in the lake. Erosion of the lake walls can also cause changes in the color of the water in Lake Kelimutu.
