Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
Assalamu alaikum Everyone.
This is @abdulmomin from #Bangladesh.
I have come to you with a very beautiful food competition, the topic of my competition today is "The Best Food" competition. I will share some photos of my favorite food here and try to discuss it, InshaAllah.
First of all, the food that we will discuss is called Chola Boot Beruni, Chola Boot Beruni is usually bought from the market, during Ramadan we cook it at home. During Ramadan we buy one or two kg and keep it at home, soak a little every day and cook it in the afternoon. Since we bought these to give iftar at the mosque, it seemed better to bring it from the market. We bought 4 kg of Chola Boot. It was possible to make these at home but there must be a reason.
The Imam of our mosque will give iftar on Friday but other people wanted to give it on Friday so the Imam said okay then I will give iftar in advance. So due to a sudden decision we could not cook at home. We had to buy it from the market. However, we did not just buy chickpeas, but we bought many other things along with them, which I will show you one by one. After buying chickpeas, we went to buy rasbundi, rasbundi costs 200 taka per kg, he said we can keep it for 180 taka, then he gave us 2 kg as much as we
Then we went to the jalapi shop to buy jilapi, we first asked how much jilapi costs per kg? He replied that jilapi costs 180 taka per kg. We said we will take 4 kg, the price should be a little lower, he said okay, I will take it for 160 taka, then he gave us all the jilapi he had and weighed it and found it was a little less than 4 kg. Then we stood there for a while and when it was done and we were given four kg, we left.
Then we went to the date shop to buy dates, in the date shop we saw several types of dates. The prices of each type of date are different. We were looking for dates of our choice by asking the prices of all the dates, we thought that we should buy dried dates so that they would weigh more and we could get better quality dates. There is another type of dates which weigh much less and taste much less. So while looking for better quality dates, we found a date called Dhapas. We asked how much the date cost? They replied that it was 440 taka per kg. We brought it for 400 taka in small quantities and then we bought 3 kg of dates.
We buy different types of food for our iftar at different times, now it is our Ramadan month so every day we have iftar with different items of food. However, such food remains in our daily iftar routine. We add sharbat and other different items of food. And this is exactly how we organize our daily meals. I am saying goodbye here today, see you in the next interesting post.wanted.
