Sharia-Based Business Entrepreneur
Terms
1. 2000 taka for each share paid.
2. The person who pays the money will receive the profit of that share.
3. If for any special reason the money deposited by the Shariah Udokta is not invested anywhere, then all the members will get back the correct amount deposited at the specified time.
4. All the members will bear the expenses related to the 'Shariah Udokta.
5. The 'Shariah Udokta will be run within the limits of Shariah. InshaAllah.
6. The money of the current month must be paid between the 1st and 15th of every current month.
7. If any member is unable to pay the money of a month for any reason, he must inform the president or secretary directly before informing the cashier about it.
8. The cashier must deliver the money and sign it on his/her own responsibility, otherwise, if the signature is not made at the specified place, the money will be considered as not deposited.
9. If the cashier does not receive the money for 3 consecutive months, the member will be declared as a "Sharia Entrepreneur" after consultation with the president and secretary.
10. If someone wants to join the "Sharia Entrepreneur" in any month of the current year, he will have to deposit the money for the previous months of the current year.
11. The person who is given the responsibility after consultation must fulfill that responsibility properly.
12. No one can forcibly take his money from the "Sharia Entrepreneur" if he wants. In special cases, he must discuss with the president, secretary and advisor.
13. Each member must have a specific nominee, if a member dies by the will of Allah, the specific nominee will receive his money.
14. Without the verification of the president and advisor, only someone personally known to him can be admitted to the "Sharia Entrepreneur" No.
15. The above conditions are subject to change later for any reason.
16. If someone wants to leave the Shariah entrepreneur with all his money, the leaver will be accounted for within 2-3 months. The full money will be returned.
17. Responsibility is a deposit. If you accept the responsibility, you must fulfill it with full honesty, sincerity and devotion. Consider your responsibility as a part of worship. Keep the work of the organization
above personal interests. Whether the responsibility is small or big, consider it as a service "Not a position, but a service
that is your identity"
18. Every member must definitely participate in every meeting.
19. Every month's account must be published every month.
20. Every member must be truthful, honest and punctual. Respect must be maintained for other members. Any behavior that damages the honor and trust of the organization will not be tolerated.
Confidential discussions, keeping accounts secret, Spreading conflict etc. is prohibited.
All decisions will be by consensus of the members.
