 Dear friends what I am going to share with you today is "work is necessary to be successful" in whatever you do you need to work hard to be successful if you are not willing to pay then don't expect success. It is as foolish to hope for children without marriage as it is to hope to achieve success but not work.

Till date many advanced in many jobs but due to lack of hard work today they are dropped from those jobs. But those who have worked hard, persevered and hoped for success are surely on their way to success today. But yes there will be some people who want to drag you down and in my words I say don't listen to them because they want to harm you. If you want to be successful then to answer them you have to be successful first and the only key to success is hard work. There is no substitute for hard work.

So let us all make our serey platform a success. But how to succeed? To make the Serey platform a success, you have to work hard and seriously. Yesterday I id someone in serey but he is not working. Repeatedly asking how to write what to write? I can't find anything, I said there is no reason for tension you can say something with your voice she said yes you can I said the words you are saying to me these are the words you keep saying with your phone voice typing. There is nothing to be ashamed of here, you write what you can. First you keep writing like this for a few days when you will understand how to write the subject what subject should I write and how much effort should I put in you will understand yourself. To those who are struggling to post in the first phase I would say there is no reason to struggle if you can't write anything then write it your daily activities atleast if you write them then they will be 100% unique.

আসসালামু আলাইকুম ওয়া রাহমাতুল্লাহ।

প্রিয় বন্ধুগণ আপনারা সবাই কেমন আছেন? আশা করি আল্লাহ তাআলার রহমতে আপনারা সবাই অনেক ভাল আছেন আমিও আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আল্লাহ তায়ালার রহমতে এবং আপনাদের দোয়ায় অনেক ভালো আছি সুস্থ আছি।

প্রিয় বন্ধুরা আমি আজকে আপনাদের সাথে যে বিষয়টি শেয়ার করব তা হচ্ছে "সফল হতে হলে পরিশ্রম করতে হবে"আপনি যেকোনো কাজ করেন সেখানে আপনাকে সফল হতে হলে পরিশ্রম শর্ত যদি আপনি পরিশোধ না করতে চান তাহলে যেন সফলতার আশা না করেন। কথাই বলে বিয়ে না করে সন্তানের আশা করা যে রকম বোকামি সফলতা অর্জন করার আশা করা কিন্তু কাজ না করা এটা ওরকম বোকামি।

আজ পর্যন্ত অনেকেই অনেক কাজে অগ্রসর হয়েছিল কিন্তু পরিশ্রম না করার কারণে আজকে তারা সেই কাজগুলো থেকে ছিটকে পড়ে গেছে। কিন্তু যারা পরিশ্রম করেছে ধৈর্য ধারণ করেছে এবং সফলতার আশা করেছে তারা আজ অবশ্যই সফলতার দিকে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে। তবে হা কিছু মানুষ এরকম থাকবে যারা আপনাকে পিছু টানতে চাইবে আর আমার ভাষায় আমি বলি তাদের কথায় কান না দেওয়া কারণ তারা আপনার ক্ষতি করতে চায় আপনাকে সফল হতে হলে তাদের কথার জবাব দিতে হলে আপনাকে প্রথমে সফল হতে হবে আর সফলতার একমাত্র চাবিকাঠি হচ্ছে পরিশ্রম। পরিশ্রম বিকল্প কিছুই নেই।

তাই আসুন আমরা সকলেই আমাদের serey প্ল্যাটফর্মকে সফল করি। কিন্তু কিভাবে সফল করব? Serey প্ল্যাটফর্মকে সফল করতে হলে আপনাকেই মজবুত সহকারে গুরুত্ব সহকারে কাজ করতে হবে। গতকালকে আমি একজনকে আইডি করে দিয়েছি serey তে কিন্তু সে কাজ করতে পারছে না। বারবার জিজ্ঞেস করছে কিভাবে লিখব কি লিখবো? কিছুই তো খুঁজে পাই না, আমি বললাম টেনশনের কোন কারণ নেই তুমি তোমার জবান দিয়ে কিছু কথা বলতে তো পারো সে বলল হা পারি আমি বললাম যে কথাগুলো তুমি আমার সাথে বলতেছ এই কথাগুলোই তুমি তোমার ফোনের ভয়েস টাইপিং দিয়ে তুমি বলতে থাকো। এখানে শরমের কিছু নেই তুমি যা পারো তাই লিখবে। প্রথমে কিছুদিন তুমি এরকম লিখতে থাকো যখন তুমি বুঝতে পারবে বিষয়টা কেমন কি লিখতে হবে আমাকে কোন বিষয় লিখতে হবে আমাকে কি পরিমান পরিশ্রম করতে হবে তুমি নিজেই বুঝতে পারবে। প্রথম পর্যায়ে যারা পোস্ট করতে হিমশিম খেয়ে যাচ্ছেন তাদেরকে আমি বলব হিমশিম খাওয়ার কোন কারণ নেই আপনি যদি কিছুই না লিখতে পারেন তাহলে এটা লিখবেন আপনার দৈনন্দিন যে কাজগুলো আপনি করে থাকেন কমপক্ষে এগুলো যদি লেখেন তাহলে ১০০% ইউনিক হবে।

তাই আসুন আমরা সিড়ি প্লাটফর্মকে সফলতার দিকে নিয়ে যায় এবং সফলতার দিকে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য পূর্ণ সহযোগিতা করি।
