Brazil did not allow South Korea to stand in the match! The second half was largely a defensive half for the Brazilians, who scored four goals in 13 minutes and two in 36 minutes with rhythmic football and counterattacks. After the most one-sided knockout of this World Cup, Brazil left the field with a 4-1 victory. 

Korea has never drawn a match against Brazil before. The last two matches between the two teams were won by Brazil 5-1 and 3-0. Naturally, underdogs Korea's chances of doing anything positive in this match were slim. Neymar's inclusion in Brazil's starting XI further reduced that prospect. 

The attack of Neymar, Rafinha, Vinicius, Richarlison started to cause terror in Korea's defense from the first minute. Brazil scored the first goal in the seventh minute when Rafinha sent a low cross into the box from the right wing. Vinicius Jr. received the ball on the left side of the box and dodged the goalkeeper and defenders. 

Within five minutes, Korea lost a penalty after fouling Richarlison in the box. Neymar returned to the team and scored the first goal of the World Cup with a cool head in the penalty net. His last seven goals for Brazil have all come from penalties.

The fate of the match was decided within 14 minutes. But hungry Brazil did not stop their attack. Richarlison scored from a great team play in 27 minutes. Ritchie beat a Korean defender and passed to Marquinoz with a superb skill outside the box. He took a run inside the box. Marquinoz passes to Thiago Silva. Silva quickly sent the ball into the box for Richarlison, whose natural finish gave Brazil a 3-0 lead. In the 36th minute, Lucas Paqueta's goal made Brazil 4-0. 

In the second half, Brazil continued to attack despite not playing exactly murderous football. Rafinha came very close to scoring a few times. He is the only Brazilian forward yet to score. In the previous match almost all the players from the bench played in the starting eleven, goalkeeper Waverton also came down as a substitute today. Through this, all of Brazil's 25-member team got a chance to play in the World Cup in Qatar. 

Korea's Park Seung Ho beat Alisson with a bullet shot from outside the box in the 76th minute, but his goal proved to be a consolation in the end.
