Climate change has a negative impact on food production in the world. 

Earlier, the alarm was sounded in the UN, stating that about 34 million people in the world are threatened with hunger, including due to climate change. The climate crisis leads to extreme weather conditions due to which the productivity of agriculture decreases, and food prices, respectively, go up, explains Polina Karkina, coordinator of projects on climate in the Russian branch of Greenpeace.
