It is heat oil in a pan for this gravy, add bay leaves. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and fry till they are not brown. Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry until the oil leaves are removed from the sides. Add all spices, turmeric, chili powder, and salt and kasoori fenugreek. Make a good paste of fresh coconut and melon seeds of some good water and add it to the pan. Cook this gravy well and add enough water to adjust stability. Then add the Garam masala and close the flame. Before serving it, put its hot gravy on the kofta because this soft kofta can break through leaving the gravy for a long time. Enjoy it with Parathas or Roti (Chapatti)!
