Honey and cinnamon cookies, a school snack.

Greetings friends, happy weekend to you all. The restart of classes is approaching and as a good mother I always like to surprise my little son who is in the initial stage with some delicious snacks to take in his lunchbox, on this special occasion I prepared him some delicious and simple homemade honey and cinnamon cookies, the taste of these cookies is a delight and the smell they give off when you take them to the oven aromatizes the home. Besides, you don't need many ingredients for this preparation.

Now, add the vanilla and cinnamon, continue mixing. The mixture should have an ointment or paste texture (not too liquid, not too dense).

We are going to incorporate little by little the wheat flour to our preparation, we need a firm dough but not brittle or compact. We can integrate the flour either with a spoon or by hand. When finished, place in a bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes. During this time we turn on the oven at 180°.

After this time, remove the dough from the refrigerator, make small balls and place on a buttered and floured plate or tray. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. When your cookies are golden brown and give off that pleasant smell, they will be ready.
