As everyone knows that fish is an excellent source of protein. And it is very beneficial for health and the food made from it is also very delicious.
Everyone likes to cook and eat it in different ways according to their choice.
By the way, I only like to eat vegetables, so I am definitely deficient in protein, iron, calcium or vitamins.
Well! Today I will teach you how to make fish curry and that too in a very low budget and with homemade spices,
you will not need to bring anything from the market at all.
Today I want to give you a taste of fish curry, which is my father's favorite curry and my family eats it very fondly.

1-Fish : (one kg)
2-Red Chilli : (a teaspoon or as per taste)
3-Turmeric Powder : (as per taste)
4-Green Coriander : (optional)
5-Salt : (as per taste)
6-Tomatoes : (finely chopped)
7-Onion : (chopped two)
8-Green chillies : (six pieces)
9-Lemon: (four or as required)

Cut the fish into small pieces and wash the fish pieces well with besan or lassi so that no smell remains.
Marinate well with lemon juice, garlic paste, salt,
red chillies, turmeric and coriander and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
And if the weather is cold, then you can keep it covered outside according to the temperature of the weather.

Take oil in a pan and after heating it well, let the onions turn golden or brown in it.
Allow to brown on heat.
