I have been working for a long time, and since the beginning of my working life I have stayed away from my home, my working life started from Faridpur district, I worked in Faridpur for two years after completing my education, Faridpur is far from our Sirajganj, to come and go there. The most difficult thing was crossing the river. We had to wait a long time for the river to cross.
After that, I quit my job and started working in Dhaka. I worked in Dhaka for two years, then I came home from Dhaka for some special reasons. After coming home from Dhaka, I stayed at home for a while. There was no job then. Then I got a job in Islamic Foundation's Darul Arkam Madrasa, but Unfortunately, the job location is Chapainawabganj.
After working for five years in Chapainawabganj, I got transferred to the same company and came to Sirajganj, after trying a lot to get transferred while in Chapainawabganj, I have been working in Sirajganj for a week, coming and going from our home, I can spend time with my parents. And able to spend time with my children.
The institution I am currently working in is run under the Islamic Foundation and under the supervision of Bangladesh Ministry of Religion, its name is Darul Arkam Ibtedayi Madrasa, we have a total of 1000 such madrasas in Bangladesh, where I am located in Sirajganj district, our madrasa is called Paschim Ghazaria. In 2017, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina established a total of 1,000 madrasas, two in each upazila of Bangladesh. After its establishment, West Ghazaria Darul Arkam Madrasa has no permanent place, a building was constructed for this Madrasa in 2019, the building was inaugurated by Dr. Jannat Ara Henry Talukder and Mr. Alhaj Shamim Talukder Labu, the Madrasa building was inaugurated on 18 October 2019.

After the inauguration of the madrasa building, the activities of the madrasa were going on very smoothly, but after the onset of corona, the activities of the madrasa were stopped and the number of students from the madrasa decreased. At present the number of students in the madrasa is very less, I am trying to increase the number of students in the madrasa after my transfer.
Our madrasah site is very beautiful, the location of the madrasah in the middle of the village, the empty field on the east side of the madrasah, where various crops are grown. The green fields of crops look very beautiful, because of the gap on the eastern side, there is always a breeze here. The colorful tin house a little further east from the madrasa adds to the beauty of the place.

হ্যালো বন্ধুগন আপনারা সবাই কেমন আছেন? আশা করি আপনারা সবাই অনেক ভাল আছেন এবং সুস্থ আছেন, আমিও আপনাদের দোয়া এবং সৃষ্টিকর্তার রহমতে অনেক ভাল আছি।
আমি দীর্ঘদিন হল চাকরী করছি, এবং আমার কর্ম জীবনের শুরু থেকে আমার বাড়ি থেকে দূরে অবস্থান করেছি, আমার চাকরী জীবনের শুরু হয় ফরিদপুর জেলা থেকে, আমি পড়াশোনা শেষ করার পর ফরিদপুর দুই বছর চাকরী করেছি, ফরিদপুর আমাদের সিরাজগঞ্জ থেকে অনেক দূর, সেখানে আসা যাওয়ার জন্য সব থেকে বড় কষ্টকর বিষয় ছিল নদী অতিক্রম করা। নদী পাড় হওয়ার জন্য অনেক সময় অপেক্ষা করতে হত।
এরপর সেখান থেকে চাকরী বাদ দিয়ে ঢাকা চাকরী শুরু করি দুই বছর ঢাকাতে চাকরী করি, এরপর বিশেষ কিছু কারণে ঢাকা থেকে বাড়ি আসি, ঢাকা থেকে বাড়ি আসার পর কিছুদিন বাড়িতেই থাকি, তখন কোন চাকরী ছিল না, এরপর ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনের দারুল আরকাম মাদ্রাসায় চাকরী হয়, কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় হচ্ছে চাকরীর স্থান নির্ধারণ হয় চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ।
চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জে দীর্ঘ পাঁচ বছর চাকরী করার পর একই প্রতিষ্ঠানে বদলি হয়ে সিরাজগঞ্জ আসি, চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ থাকা অবস্থায় বদলির জন্য অনেক চেষ্টা করার পর হয়ে যায়, এক সপ্তাহ হল সিরাজগঞ্জে চাকরী করছি, আমাদের বাড়ি থেকেই আসা যাওয়া করছি, এতে আমার বাবা মা এর সাথে সময় দিতে পারছি, এবং আমার সন্তানদের সাথেও সময় দিতে পারছি।
আমি বর্তমানে যে প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাকরী করছি এটা ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনের অধীনে এবং বাংলাদেশ ধর্ম মন্ত্রণালয়ের তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত হয়, যার নাম দারুল আরকাম ইবতেদায়ী মাদ্রাসা, আমাদের বাংলাদেশে এই রকম মাদ্রাসা আছে মোট এক হাজার দশটি, আমি যেখানে আছি এটা সিরাজগঞ্জ জেলায় অবস্থিত, আমাদের এই মাদ্রাসার নাম পশ্চিম গজারিয়া দারুল আরকাম ইবতেদায়ী মাদ্রাসা।
2017 সালে বাংলাদেশের প্রতি উপজেলায় দুইটা করে মোট এক হাজার দশটি মাদ্রাসা প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা। প্রতিষ্ঠা হওয়ার পর পশ্চিম গজারিয়া দারুল আরকাম মাদ্রাসার কোন স্থায়ী জায়গা ছাল না, 2019 সালে এই মাদ্রাসার জন্য একটা ভবন নির্মাণ করা হয়, উক্ত ভবনের উদ্বোধন করেন ডক্টর জান্নাত আরা হেনরি তালুকদার এবং জনাব আলহাজ্ব শামীম তালুকদার লাবু, 2019 সালের 18 অক্টোবর মাদ্রাসার ভবন উদ্বোধন করা হয়।
মাদ্রাসার ভবন উদ্বোধন এর পরে খুব সুন্দর ভাবে মাদ্রাসার কার্যক্রম চলছিল কিন্তু করোনা শুরু হওয়ার পরে মাদ্রাসার কার্যক্রম বন্ধ হয়ে যায় এবং মাদ্রাসা থেকে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীর সংখ্যা কমে যায়। বর্তমানে মাদ্রাসায় ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের সংখ্যা খুবই কম, আমি বদলি হয়ে আসার পর চেষ্টা করতেছি যেন মাদ্রাসায় ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি পায়।
আমাদের মাদ্রাসার জায়গা অনেক সুন্দর, গ্রামের মাঝখানে মাদ্রাসাটির অবস্থান, মাদ্রাসার পূর্ব পাশে ফাঁকা মাঠ, যেখানে বিভিন্ন রকম ফসল উৎপন্ন করা হয়। ফসলের সবুজ মাঠ দেখতে অনেক সুন্দর লাগে, পূর্ব পাশে ফাঁকা হওয়ার কারণে এখানে সব সময় বাতাস পাওয়া যায়। মাদ্রাসা থেকে পূর্ব পাশে একটু দূরে রঙিন টিনের ঘর এই জায়গার সৌন্দর্যকে আরও বৃদ্ধি করেছে।
