To improve your brain focus you need to practice healthy eating habits regularly and in quantity.

 

Eat more green vegetables, walnuts, spinach, broccoli, strawberries, fatty fish. But the earlier you can eliminate Polao, Biryani, all types of fast food, cold drinks from your life, the better.

 

Take care not to miss three regular meals. Food first then the world. The stomach is cold, the world is cold.

So we must go to sleep by 11 pm so that we can finish all our work properly starting the day in the morning. And in the morning we have maximum concentration in any work. The stillness, silence around increases our productivity.

 

I just wrote so much about sleep. The main thing is. Sleep 7 hours every day. Eat dinner 2 hours before sleep and stay away from all digital screens 1 hour before sleep.
