The chicken recipe is a very popular food menu in our country. Any small life event, any guest at home, for no apparent reason, the chicken recipe is regularly cooked and eaten at home by almost everyone.

I took about one kilogram of golden chicken for the chicken recipe I cooked. Since chicken meat recipes are very popular in our country, many people cook chicken with many different spices, although I have cooked chicken with some common spices.
First, cut the chicken meat nicely. Then wash the meat very well, add a little salt and a little lemon juice and leave it for an hour.

And the necessary spices for this time such as half a cup of onion powder, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one to one and a half teaspoon of chili powder, two teaspoons of garlic paste, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of ginger paste, two or three cinnamon, two cardamoms, a few green chilies, a few bay leaves. Take half a cup of oil as the amount of teaspoon ginger paste salt.

In a pan, fry the meats with a little oil over medium heat. Now in another pan fry the onion pieces with some oil till they turn brown, then gradually fry the ginger, garlic paste, chili powder, and all the spices and salt with coriander. When the spices are fried, leave the meat. After cooking for a while, when the meat is cooked, dry the water with raw chilies and remove the chicken from the oven.
In this way, the recipe for chicken meat became easy.
