Software and applications are are the part and parcel of our modern life. Which work has to be done by several hours it can be done within a minute. To collect information to deliver message and in this information technology world it's very much easy for us to access data from several sources.

In that context software and application along with the information technology is changing our lifestyle and with the same time it is increasing our efficiency and effectiveness as well. If I just draw an example it will be very much clear to all of you. In this pandemic situation we are facing a lot of trouble. But after the initiation of vaccine it is another problem to distribute those properly.

If we just think about the previous situation when there were no applications or software and there was no existence of Information Technology. In that time it was very difficult to conduct the registrations and sorting out according to the priority of the the front line fighter of covid-19. But here in the national database then the credit card has been provided according to their professions and locality. By gathering data from there it's really easy to register people for vaccine and distribute them properly from locality. The government has initiated and application and web based software where people just submit their information and automatically it is sorting out who is in the most priority and getting message from the sources about the nearest destination place and also out of information as well. So under the spell to make the don't need to to get out of home for registration purpose and other hassle. So it's now it is simple and silly.

This is just one example but if we talk about there will be thousands. And most of the cases its improving our effectiveness and efficiency by saving our time cost and labour. We are in the golden age of the technological development if I just mention. I think we need to try to make best use of it so that we can get the positive sides of those software and application rather using it negatively like wasting time and are usually just scrolling down.
