The inventor of the first touchscreen in the world was named George Samuel Hurst or it could be called by the name of Sam. Geroge Sam Hurst was born on October 13, 1927 in Bell County, Kentucky, United States. But unfortunately, on July 4, 2015 he died. Geroge Sam Hurst is a physicist, he is also a man who holds more than thirty patents, a writer who has written many technical papers, and the most remarkable is he managed to find advanced technology called touch screen or interpreted in the Indonesian language named touch screen.  In 1948, George Sam Hurst earned a physics BA at a young age of 15 years. At that time he was registered at Barea College. Then George Sam Hurst continued his studies at the University of Kentucky in 1948, and also joined perhaps an organization called Oak Ridhe National Laboratory or could be abbreviated as ORNL. The touch screen or touchscreen itself was first equipped with a transparent surface developed by Prof. George Sam Hurst and Elographics in 1974. In 1997, Elographcis was developed and also patented with cool technology, namely five-wire resistive technology, which is a very popular touch screen technology that is being used by people today. Touch screen or Touchscreen itself is a computer input device that works along with the touch generated in the display screen using a human finger or can also use a digital pen that is usually provided from there This touch screen can be used in various activities or our work.
