Through this tiffin recipe, I've curated a collection of foods that not only maintain her health but also tantalize her taste buds. It's essential to strike that balance, ensuring our kids get the best of both worlds.
Ingredients:
4 slices of brown bread 🍞
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon amchoor
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chili powder, cumin seeds, kasuri methi ,garam masala, baking soda,chopped coriander leaves, salt , 1 tbs oil and add water.
