The High Court has asked the authorities to know why the inaction and indifference of the authorities will not be declared as unofficial, in order to protect the passengers and visitors from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
A bench of justices FM Nazmul Ahsan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader passed the order after hearing a writ petition on Tuesday. Why the defendants will not be ordered to take immediate steps to control mosquitoes at the airport, they have been asked to do the rallies.

According to Article 18 of the Constitution, one of the important tasks of the state is to protect public health. But inaction and apathy in the administration of mosquitoes is not justified.
