Make restaurant-style Thai soup at home

All of us more or less like to eat soup in winters. For this reason, I sometimes go to restaurants and drink steaming hot soup. Of course, if you want, you can taste the soup like a restaurant at home. How about if you can make it at home?

Materials

Chicken breast pieces: 1 cup
Medium size prawns: 8 pcs
Big size mushroom: 5 pcs
Egg Yolk: 3
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Chilli powder: 2 tsp
Chilli powder: 1 tsp
Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
Garlic Cloves: A small quantity
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Tomato sauce: 2 tsp
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Cornflower: 3 tsp
Chilli: 3/4 tsp
Ginger: 2 tsp
Lemon Grass: In moderation
Salt: To taste
Chicken stock: 2 cups

 
Process System

Wash the chicken and prawns well. Now take the chicken meat and prawns in a bowl and mix them well with ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt to taste.
 
In another bowl, mix 3 egg yolks one by one with chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, lemon juice, salt, cornflower and 3 spoons of chicken stock. Now put a large size pan on the stove and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, lightly fry the garlic cloves. Then add the marinated meat and prawns and fry for a while with some green chillies and mushrooms. After frying for a while, add 2 cups of chicken stock. Then boil and cook well with pre-made sauce and lemon grass.
 
Once the soup is well cooked and the thickness is to your liking, drain and serve this delicious restaurant style Thai soup.
