As an entrepreneur, ensure that your employees are given the right empowerment for them to put their ideas to test. By testing their ideas, they would ascertain where such ideas can be fit in to solve problems. Give your employees the avenues to be the best they can. Delegate some tasks to your employees to help upgrade their knowledge and skills, to avoid too much dependence on you for everything. Let your employees explore their passion.
2 BUILD TEAMS THAT LAST
Great leadership raises great teams. To bring about a lasting team, you as a leader must provide effective leadership. In business leadership, you as an entrepreneur need to influence the dialogue and not try to control. Business leaders must allow team building to become more organic, less instructional and more enabled by the members of the team themselves. As a leader, try to assess the effectiveness of each member's contributions to the business productivity.

Ensure that you utilize the available avenues to define your expectations. As much as possible, be friendly and human when communicating to your team members. Be transparent in all possible ways.

A lot of leaders hide behind their titles and forget the part they should play in their business. Be a leader that provides quality leadership and positively impacts on them all that is needed to record great success in your business. Be involved in the processes in the workplace. Employees want their employers to be open such that they can relate to and respect as well. Let the true intentions be reflected in you as a leader.
5 KEEP IT SIMPLE; MAKE IT FUN
Keep everything simple, nothing worth dieing for. Ensure that you establish certain standards where your team enjoy. Try and improve your relationship with your team along the way. If you step back, you will see that simplicity is becoming the new normal.
Make your employees feel that they can relate to you and also that what you expect from them, you're able to carry such out. Do not intimidate your employees, keep everything simple and fulfilled.
