On the 28th of October, I went to meet Dr. Srang Sarot who is the head of the mechanical and industrial deparment at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). Dr. Srang Sarot has been promoted as the leading person for the ITC technology incubator department. Together, we have signed a collaboration agreement that Serey will consult ITC on information technology such as databases, web and app development, and on blockchain development. This collaboration is a first step toward their plan to build 3 platforms.

The 3 platforms that ITC plans to build are:
1. A knowledge sharing platform focussing on agriculture
2. An online marketplace 
3. A supply chain management system

The Serey platform is perfectly suitable for number 1 and number 2. We already have a decentralized knowledge sharing platform that can easily be customized to meet the requirements of ITC. We also have a one of a kind online marketplace that can also be customized to meet ITC needs. 

The collaboration to consult ITC is a very positive development and we are hopefull that Serey will be eligible to build the knowledge sharing platform and the marketplace. By doing so, fulfilling our strategy to connect more organizations, companies and websites to the Serey blockchain.
